- 100% credited toward the Assessment within 90 days if a Scoped Pilot converts into the Assessment

- 2. Confirm a bounded scope and whether an Assessment or Scoped Pilot is the right entry point
- 3. Run the engagement and review the findings package together
- 4. Decide on the next action: remediate, expand scope, or move into recurring review if justified
